The entrepreneurial project admitted to financing and currently under development envisages the substantial improvement of the services provided by the Merlato veterinary clinical analysis laboratory, with the aim of:
- provide fast, modern and effective diagnostic support to veterinary doctors;
- strengthen the laboratory with the introduction of new machines and advanced methodologies for the clinical analysis of biological samples;
- activate digitalised and automated management capable of supporting the increase in operational flow;
- expand the reference market through the sale of services also outside the province by activating strategic marketing and advanced logistics solutions;
- to extend the target market by using our expertise also on activities with greater added value favored by the reduction of time spent on laboratory activities once it is completely digitalised;
- to create new customer loyalty tools also by activating application sharing and collaboration processes with all the actors involved in the production chain;
- to manage the entire documentary and information process with digital tools without the use of paper and significantly reducing the production of special waste.
